Improved health and well-being supports are capacity-building supports that help build your independence and skills to help you reach your long-term goals. It includes exercise or diet advice to manage the impact of your disability.

Whatever you need to feel good each day, our allied health professionals can work with you to build your independence and improve your physical and emotional wellbeing.

We’ll listen carefully to find out what’s important to you and things you’d like to achieve.

Together, we’ll develop your personal plan which could include getting support for:

  • Diet and nutrition
  • Exercise and staying fit
  • Managing anxiety
  • Language and communication skills
  • Managing everyday tasks including showering, dressing and eating.

You’ll have access to a qualified and experienced team of occupational therapists, psychologists and exercise physiologists who can provide support in an individual and group setting.
